The Daily Echo reports that the developer of the upcoming Southampton Harbour Hotel, Nicholas James Group, is due to start the construction project this July.
The surface car park will close for a period of 3-4 weeks starting 11th Nov, allowing initial site investigations for the Harbour Hotel development to take place.
